Thai Air Asks Airbus To Delay Delivery Of A380s Or Change Model
Thai Airways International PCL (THAI.TH) Thursday said it has asked Airbus to delay the delivery of six A380 aircraft or allow a change to other models after Airbus rebuffed its efforts to cancel the order. The airline has sought to revise its order after finding that the super jumbo jets are too costly and may be hard to fill sufficiently to return a profit at a time when it is burdened with liquidity constraints.
